Standard shipping is free in the UK on orders over £30

All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail on a tracked delivery service. Delivery within the UK usually takes between 3-5 days.

Standard service - £3.95 (arrives within 2-4 working days)

Express service - £4.95 (arrives within 1-2 working days)

Returns

We LOVE all our products & we're sure you will, too! We get it though, things happen.

We are happy to accept returns within 14 days of receiving your item under the following circumstances: 

• The item is returned in its original condition, unused and in its original unopened packaging
• The item is safely packed to avoid damages in transit and is clearly labelled with your order number

Please note, if you return an item and the above conditions are not met, we will be unable to offer you a full refund. 

We do not offer free returns on our items. We suggest choosing a tracked service and to get a receipt for proof of postage. If your item is faulty, damaged or you have received the incorrect item please contact our customer service team at info@pukka-party.co.uk.

We will always refund the original payment amount for all items meeting the refund criteria, however, shipping costs will not be refunded.
