Q: Are you based in the United Kingdom?
A: Yes. We are based in Yorkshire. We do all our own product design and development. We also pick and dispatch all our orders from here, ensuring each order is cared for until it's through your door.

Q: How long does it take to receive my order?
A: Orders placed before 12 noon Mon-Fri will be dispatched that day. Orders placed after 12 noon will be dispatched next business day. We dispatch on a 48hr service as standard but delivery within the UK can take between 3-5 working days.

Q: How are my items packed?
A: Depends on what you have ordered. If you have ordered more than one item we will always dispatch together. We try to make our deliveries as post friendly as possible so they can go through your door, this means padded envelopes of various sizes. Occasionally we will use larger parcels, but always pack with padding.

Q: If I am not happy can I return my items?
A: Yes. You can return the items up to 30 days after purchase, please see our Terms of use for more information.

Q: How do I cancel my order?
A: If you have not yet received a dispatch notification please get in touch and we will gladly cancel. However, if the item has been dispatched you will have to wait until delivery and follow our returns policy found in our Terms of use.
