How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders placed before 12 noon Mon-Fri will be dispatched that day. Orders placed after 12 noon will be dispatched on the next business day. At the checkout you can choose between an express delivery service which takes 1-2 working days, or a standard delivery service which can take 2-3 working days. 

If I am not happy can I return my items?

Yes. You can return the items up to 14 days after purchase, please see our return policy for more information. 

How do I cancel my order?

Once your order has been placed, there is no way to cancel or stop it as this immediately goes to our warehouse to be picked, packed and fulfilled. If, after placing an order, you’ve changed your mind, please return it within 14 days to get a full refund (excluding delivery) please see our return policy for more information.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched your will receive an email confirmation with the tracking number for your order. You will then be able to track your parcel using the delivery providers website.

I’m missing an item from my order

We are sorry to hear that you are missing an item from your order. Please contact info@pukka-party.co.uk so we can investigate and resolve this issue. 

My order has arrived damaged 

We strive to get all of your items to you in perfect condition. In the rare occurrence that you have received a damaged product please notify our customer service team straight away upon receiving your order with your order details and photos attached of the damage to info@pukka-party.co.uk. We then will send your further instructions on how to proceed. 

My order has not been delivered/ or is missing

We’re sorry to hear that your order is missing or hasn’t been delivered. Please check the tracking on the postal providers website to see the status of your order and then contact info@pukka-party.co.uk so we can investigate.

I wish to stock Pukka Pads items in my store?
